Paper Submission Guidelines

An author is allowed to submit one or two papers and to be a co-author of no more than 3 papers. Authorship of a single paper should be limited to 6 authors. All the submitted papers must contain the original (unpublished) results of the research.

Formatting Requirements:

  • Use full paper template
  • File size: max 15 MB
  • Volume: 3-6 pages (min 3 pages excluding references, max 6 pages including references)
  • Extra pages require additional fees
  • At least 8 references (max 3 self-citations)
  • At least 5 keywords
  • Written in advanced English with accepted terminology and unit symbols

Camera-Ready Paper: Final version accepted for IEEE Xplore® submission. Uploading implies agreement to publish and transfer copyright to IEEE.

For Authors from Russian Federation: After camera-ready submission, upload scans of Security Clearance and Export Commission Conclusion documents. Keep hard copies until conference end.

Plagiarism

All papers are checked using plagiarism detection tools following PSPB Operations Manual.

  • Critical plagiarism level (including self-plagiarism): max 20%
  • Papers with >20% plagiarism will not be accepted for review
  • Papers failing plagiarism check after acceptance will be excluded without refund

Author Responsibilities

  • Submit original, unpublished work not submitted elsewhere
  • No plagiarism, fabrication, or falsification
  • Cite only directly relevant articles
  • Describe methods with enough detail for reproducibility
  • Acknowledge research funder and conflicts of interest
  • Report substantial changes (including bibliography) after acceptance
