About

Conference Scope & Vision

This conference is held in Khiva, Uzbekistan — the historical heart of Khwarazm, the region that gave the world two giants of science: Muhammad ibn Musa al-Khwarizmi, the father of algebra and algorithms, and Abu Ali ibn Sina (Avicenna), the pioneer of modern medicine and systematic philosophy.

In the spirit of their legacy — which laid the foundations of modern mathematics, medicine and scientific method — the conference explores how advanced algorithms, computational models and intelligent systems drive next-generation communication technologies, industrial innovation and digital transformation.

We invite contributions at the intersection of historical scientific heritage and contemporary challenges: from foundational algorithms and cognitive systems to Smart Industry 5.0, sustainable communications and AI-powered solutions.

CONFERENCE PROCEEDING

The full paper conference proceedings will be submitted for inclusion in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library. Along with publication in IEEE Xplore, IEEE assures wide distribution of conference proceedings by providing abstracting and indexing information of all individual conference papers to worldwide databases. The indexing services and web discovery services that take in the content of IEEE conferences include Clarivate Analytics (formerly Thomson Reuters), Elsevier (Compendex, ScienceDirect, and Scopus), Google Scholar, ACM, IET etc. IEEE makes every reasonable attempt to ensure that abstracts and index entries of content accepted into the program are included in databases provided by independent abstracting and indexing services. Each abstracting and indexing partner makes its own editorial decision on what content to include. IEEE cannot guarantee entries are included in any particular database.

NO-SHOW POLICY

Participants or delegates notified and approved by the conference organizers are expected to present the report on the paper topic personally in order for their paper to be considered for inclusion in the conference proceedings.

Publication Opportunity in IEEE IAS Journals

Selected high-quality papers will be eligible for submission with no additional fee to one of the two IEEE Industry Applications Society (IAS) periodic journals for further review (subjects should be related to IEEE IAS Tracks):

  • A) IEEE Transactions on Industry Applications — Q1 on SCOPUS, Q1 on Web of Science
  • B) IEEE Industry Applications Magazine — Q3 on SCOPUS, Q4 on Web of Science
